P-i-N-g-O hangs out with Mrs Nolan. He also hangs out with Mrs Nolan's best friend - Mrs Nelson. This can result in major conflicts, similar to that of the Gaza Strip.

Lips floating on frost-bite
Pingo and Mrs Nolan comment on what a cold day it is today. Mrs Nelson interrupts and says that she has experienced colder days than this. There is now an icy silence, the nuclear winter has errupted...
